These terms explain the use of the SystemRise website and how enquiries relate to paid services. A proposal, statement of work, or service agreement sets out the terms of an actual client project.
1. About SystemRise
SystemRise is an AI automation and client acquisition business led by Daniel Ige, based in Nigeria. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@thesystemrise.com.
2. Using this website
You may use the website to learn about our services, make a genuine business enquiry, and arrange a call. Use it lawfully and do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, disrupt availability, impersonate someone else, submit misleading information, or use the site to send spam.
You must have authority to act for any business on whose behalf you contact us. This website is intended for people aged 18 or older.
3. Enquiries and strategy calls
Submitting a form or booking a free call does not purchase a service, reserve implementation capacity, or create a paid client relationship. A strategy call is an opportunity to discuss your situation and possible next steps. Information discussed is general business guidance, rather than legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
4. Project agreements and scope
Paid work begins only after the relevant scope, fees, responsibilities, and start conditions are agreed in writing. A proposal or service agreement should specify deliverables, timelines, access requirements, revisions, acceptance criteria, support, cancellation arrangements, and any ongoing management.
For project-specific matters, that agreement takes priority over general website descriptions, subject to mandatory law. Changes to scope, additional integrations, new campaigns, or ongoing management may require a separate written agreement.
5. Fees, third-party charges, and cancellation
Fees, payment milestones, taxes where applicable, cancellation terms, and refund arrangements are set out in your written agreement. This website does not impose a blanket non-refundable fee or a particular cancellation penalty.
Advertising spend, software subscriptions, messaging charges, telephone usage, AI usage, domain names, hosting, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in your agreement. We will identify known required costs in the proposal. No advertising budget should be committed on your behalf without your authorisation.
6. Your responsibilities
For an agreed project, you are responsible for supplying accurate business information, timely approvals, and authorised access to the accounts and materials needed for delivery. You must have the necessary rights to your content and data and a lawful basis for contacting the people included in a campaign.
Access should be provided through appropriate account permissions or secure sharing, rather than through the public enquiry form. Delays in access, approvals, platform reviews, or required materials can affect the timeline.
7. Advertising, outreach, and AI services
Campaigns and outreach must comply with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms used. The scope should identify who approves offers, audiences, messaging, contact sources, budget, and campaign changes. Cold outreach setup does not include ongoing campaign management unless agreed.
AI systems can make errors and require testing, monitoring, and appropriate human escalation. Account access, data sources, service-provider settings, and responsibilities for review should be agreed before activation. Software platforms may change their features, pricing, policies, or availability.
8. Results, examples, and guarantees
Results depend on factors including your offer, market, budget, data quality, sales process, response times, and implementation. Testimonials and historical examples describe individual experiences and do not establish what every client will achieve. Demonstration screens may illustrate a workflow rather than a measured result.
Any specific performance guarantee must be expressly included in your written agreement, with the outcome, measurement method, timeframe, conditions, and remedy defined. General promotional statements on the website do not create an unconditional promise of revenue, appointments, or advertising performance.
9. Intellectual property and account ownership
SystemRise or the relevant rights holder retains rights in website content, branding, and other protected materials. You may view and share links to this website, but may not represent our work or branding as your own.
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, templates, reusable components, source files, data, and third-party assets will be stated in the project agreement. These website terms do not transfer ownership of your business materials to us or automatically give us permission to publish your results, logo, or testimonial.
10. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries and bookings are handled. Confidentiality obligations and any processing of customer or prospect data for a client project should be documented in the service agreement and, where appropriate, a data processing agreement.
11. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but pages and third-party tools may be interrupted or contain errors. Let us know if you find an issue. Before making a purchasing decision, rely on the written proposal and clarify any information important to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from unauthorised website misuse or events outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for paid services should be addressed in the client agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Concerns, changes, and applicable rights
If you have a concern, email support@thesystemrise.com so we can try to resolve it. These website terms do not require compulsory arbitration or remove access to a court or regulator where you have that right. The applicable law and any dispute process for a paid project may be set out in its written agreement, without overriding mandatory protections.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and revision date. An update does not change an existing signed project agreement unless that agreement permits the change or both parties agree.
